One inbox, one human, no ticketing system. Email is the best way to reach me.
Write to the26thagency@outlook.com. I read every message and reply to most within two or three business days. Quick technical questions usually get answered faster than long ones — and a small reproducible example of a broken conversion is worth a thousand words of description.
What to include
- If you're reporting a bug: which browser and version, what file format you tried to convert, what target format you picked, and what happened versus what you expected.
- If you're asking about a specific guide: a link to the post and the part that didn't make sense.
- If you're asking about privacy or terms: which paragraph you have a question about.
- If you'd like to suggest a new guide topic: tell me what problem you were trying to solve when you couldn't find a clear answer.
What not to send
Please don't email me your actual video files. The whole point of this site is that I never see them. If you want to describe a problem with a specific clip, describe it — codec, duration, source device — and I can usually figure out what FFmpeg is complaining about without ever touching the file.
Quick message form
The form below opens your default email client with the subject and message pre-filled. No data is sent anywhere on submit — your email client takes over from there. If you don't use a desktop email client, just copy the address above into webmail.
Other pages
If you arrived here looking for something specific: the about page explains who runs the site, the privacy policyexplains what data is and isn't collected, and the blog has guides on converting common video formats.
